Escola Conect and the Parent App handle your data with transparency and security.

Data we collect and how we use it When you register and use the system, we use: name, email, phone (optional), and your link to the school. In the Parent App, we only access information for children linked to your account (attendance, grades, report cards, tuition, and announcements), as authorized by the school.

Security Data is stored on secure infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud), with access restricted by role (managers, staff, parents). Each school sees only its own data. Parents access only their children's data.

Sharing We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Sharing occurs only within the use of the service (e.g., the school views data of enrolled students and guardians).

Your rights You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. For account deletion, use the "Account deletion" page or contact your school.

Changes This policy may be updated. The date of the last version will be indicated on this page.
