Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time.
In the Parent App If you are a parent or guardian and wish to delete your account: • Contact your school's office or administration and ask for your user (parent/guardian account) to be deleted. • The school can remove the link or the user from the management panel, following their internal process. • After deletion, you will no longer be able to access the Parent App with that email.
Data removed When the account is deleted, the following are no longer accessible: your profile (name, email, phone), the link to your children, and access history. Academic and financial data of students remain under the school's responsibility, as per applicable law.
Timeline The school or system support may process the request within 30 days. If you have questions, use your school's contact channel.
